Rental App Fees + Documents to Submit:
- Submit Rental App Fees – $35 Per Adult Tenant or Co-signer (Fees must be submitted within 3 Days of Application Submission. Applications without submitted Application Fees will NOT be considered)
- Submit Copies of ID’s and Paystubs to [email protected] – use the SAME email you used to apply. You can use your cell phone to take photos of documents.
- Please complete full rental application
How To Pay Online
1)Via Zelle (US Bank/Chase/Wells Fargo/Bank of America) to “[email protected]”
- Log in to your bank’s online Portal, select “SEND MONEY” or “SEND MONEY WITH ZELLE”. Put Email, First, Last Name in Notes.
- If you don’t already have an account, PopMoney sometimes takes 2-3 days to get approved
What Happens After the Fee is Submitted
- If your application qualifies, we’ll schedule an appointment to view the property
